• Conduct market research and initiate market data collection through market visits, surveys and interviews
• Make analysis of gathered data
• Regularly monitor current industry and market trends

Required Education, Skills, and Qualifications

• College graduate of Marketing Management or any Business related field
• Must have at least 1-3 years experience in the marketing field
• Preferably with experience in Meat Processing/ Food Manufacturing industry
• Computer literate and can communicate well via email
• Has good communication skills
• Creative thinker
• Team player.

• Create , build and maintain relationships with key, developmental and potential institutional buyers.
• Communicate professionally with clients our products and services, pricing , promotional opportunities, etc. via email, phone and face to face meeting.
• Give commendations to the clients to help achieve growth of the division and optimize client’s purchasing power.
• Communicate regularly regarding timetables,progress and updates of their requirements.
• Set and achieve sales targets based on Annual Targets given by the management.

Qualifications & Skills

• Graduate
• With at least 3 years experience in selling Processed Meat Products & institutional account selling or equivalent.
• Should have knowledge in the industry/market
• Highly motivated and sales driven; Team player
• Can perform with minimal supervision
• Must have good computer knowledge and presentation skills for client and business meetings
• with driving skills and driver’s license.
